Terms & Conditions


Tyres Direct (2008) Ltd reserves the right to amend the selling price at any time without giving any notice.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars, and unless otherwise stated all prices shown are exclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST) and cost of freight.

All freight costs are the responsibility of the customer and are added after your order is processed and invoiced by our West Auckland Office.


Payment is due for all goods sold on credit on the 20th of the month following the date on the invoice, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Glenn Gordon or Peter Maddren.

Payment must be made in full, and no payment shall be withheld, or any amount deducted from the invoiced amount without prior consent from our West Auckland Office.

We may at any time impose a ‘Stop Credit’ on your account if your account falls into arrears.


You have the right to return goods purchased from Tyres Direct (2008) Ltd if:

~You have received the incorrect tyre upon delivery to which you ordered

~You have placed an incorrect order, this will be at our discretion

~The tyre is faulty

As stated in our returns policy, returns will ONLY be accepted if the tyre or tyres are in their original condition, have not been driven on, and a copy of the invoice is supplied.

Please Note: If you do not contact us within five working days of receipt of the goods, the goods shall be deemed to be acceptable in all respects. However, manufacturing warranties will still apply.


Goods may be returned for credit at our discretion with prior consent if;

~The intended customer for which they were purchased for does not turn up


Delivery of goods shall be made to the place specified in the order, or if no place is indicated then delivery will be made to the Customers place of business as per current details held by the Tyres Direct (2008) Ltd. 

Please check your goods upon receiving them and contact us immediately if it appears that the goods do not match your order or if any of the item/s are faulty.


Goods shall remain the property of Tyres Direct (2008) Ltd so long as the Company is owed any money by the customer.

Where the Company has reasonable cause to believe the buyer has not complied with the Terms and Conditions or that the buyer has or will commit an act of Bankruptcy or (being a Company) has had a receiver appointed or is about to be appointed or is declared or becomes insolvent, the company may repossess any or all of the goods supplied and may at any time of the day or night enter by force if necessary upon any premises where such goods are reasonably thought to be stored. The Customer shall indemnify the Company against any claims, costs and liabilities arising from the exercise of this right of entry.

The Customer shall reimburse the Company for all liabilities and expenses ( including legal expenses ) incurred by it in enforcing or attempting to enforce any right it has pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.

Tyres Direct (2008) Ltd will not be responsible for any tyres or tubes supplied by us;

      ~ that are damaged by accident after they have been collected or delivered.

      ~ that are fitted to or are used on rims or wheels not to the appropriate or legal specifications or those                      specifications specified by any tyre.

      ~used on wheels or rims out of alignment, damaged or rusty.


The purchaser hereby agrees to keep Tyres Direct (2008) Ltd indemnified accordingly.
